Product Pricing, Descriptions & Images

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.

Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description and we take all reasonable care to ensure that details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct when the relevant information is entered onto the system.

Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information appearing there at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.

Images shown are for illustration purposes only and may not be used or reproduced without our specific permission.  Most photographs are of actual products and you can expect the item ordered to be exactly as the image appears, however some items may have some components (such as handmade glass beads) which may vary between individual pieces.  This will be indicated in the product description.

Information Disclaimer

We will never supply your personal details to any third party for their marketing purposes and will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep all details relating to your order and payment secure. In the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any losses suffered if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website

Contract Cancellation

Please note that you are entitled to cancel any contract of sale if you so wish, provided you exercise your right no longer than ten working days after the day on which you receive the products*. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract prior to order despatch, please contact us either by email info@armadillojewellery.co.uk or telephone 07968 159779. If your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in our Returns Policy.

*Items which have been made to order will not be refunded unless damaged or faulty. 

Damaged or Faulty Items

We endeavour to only sell items of the highest quality that will stand the test of time. However, should something spring a fault within 6 months of purchase we will make every effort to sort it out for you with a refund, replacement or repair. We can’t be held responsible for items that have got lost or have been damaged by excessive pulling or getting caught.

Sale Item Disclaimer

We carry a limited stock of jewellery items and due to the fact we are also on the road selling, stock levels may not be completely up to the minute; occasionally a product may not be in stock when your order is placed.  In such an instance we will contact you as soon as possible to advise when the item will be in stock again or with an alternative item.  If payment has been taken, a refund will be offered.  We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our inability to fulfil the order.

Promotional Code Disclaimer

Promotional codes may be used through our order-line and website only and not in conjunction with any other offer and may be used once only.  They cannot be redeemed against P&P, gift vouchers and sale items unless specified.  These offers are not for resale or publication and only apply to personal orders with all orders being subject to acceptance under Armadillo Jewellery’s standard terms and conditions.


Payment for all orders is at point of sale and not at point of despatch.

PayPal is our preferred payment system but we can also take a credit card or BACS payment if preferred.

If you wish to use a payment method other than PayPal you will be contacted following placement of your order and details taken over the phone. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

Conditions of Purchase

To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into a contract with Armadillo Jewellery on this website, under English law you must:

  • Register by providing your real name, address, phone number and e-mail address.
  • Be over 18 years of age.
  • Provide a valid delivery address. Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable.
  • Have a Paypal account, possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us, have or be able to make a BACS transfer.
  • Cheques are acceptable but goods will not be dispatched until cheques have cleared.

Special Orders 

Some handmade items may be ordered at different lengths or in other colours. When a special order is made, 50% of the order value is due at the time of ordering with the balance payable at time of dispatch. Overseas Transactions

Armadillo Jewellery welcomes interest from overseas customers.

Orders from outside the UK will be accepted at our discretion and international postage rates will be applied (see P & P).  Goods will be dispatched once full payment is received in UK pounds sterling and cleared in the Armadillo account, and will be sent by Royal Mail’s International signed-for service.

Split orders

In the event that one or more of your items is out of stock, we will send the in-stock items within two working days or receiving payment. The cost of sending subsequent items will be met by Armadillo Jewellery. This does NOT apply to international orders which will be sent in one delivery.


We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you are not entirely happy you can return any item within 10 working days of receipt as long as it is unworn and fit for resale in its original packaging.

We will be happy to exchange the item for an alternative, give a credit or to make a refund. We are not able to refund original postage charges but if you request and alternative item in exchange, we will not charge you for postage again.

All earrings are excluded from our returns policy for hygiene reasons. These items can only be returned if faulty, in accordance with your legal rights.

How Do I Return Something?

Initially, please contact Armadillo Jewellery by telephone or email to say that you wish to return an item. Please let us know if you require an exchange so we can check that the item you would prefer is in stock and hold it for you (for up to 5 working days). Please leave a daytime telephone number and your email address in case of queries and we will email you a RETURNS FORM for you to fill in and send back with your item, along with your original receipt.

When you return an item by post we strongly advise that you use a signed-for or an insured service such as Special Delivery for higher value items. You will not be able to send back an item of jewellery with an ordinary first class stamp on the envelope – you will require a Large Letter stamp at the very least.

Always wrap items carefully to ensure they are fully protected in transit, and seal the packet / envelope well. PLEASE NEVER SEND ANY JEWELLERY LOOSE IN AN ORDINARY ENVELOPE AS A STANDARD LETTER AS IT WILL BE SQUEEZED OUT AND LOST!

We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us and refunds will not be made against these.

Website Changes

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold.


We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
